EndoMAP.v1

EndoMAP.v1 aims to systematically dissect the human endosomal protein complexes.
Hundreds of proteins across the endosomal system are assembled in specific networks and functionally coordinated to control the trafficking, re-utilization and degradation of membrane proteins in the cell. A comprehensive network of endosomal protein interactions and complexes in the context of intact organelles was generated by combining cross-linking (XL-MS) and Blue-Native gel co-fractionation mass spectrometry (BN-MS) of purified human endosomes. Hundreds of structural predictions were generated through large-scale AlphaFold-Multimer (AF-M) and AlphaLink2 to create an experimentally-supported structural interactome of the endosomal system.
